This indemnification includes any action taken by a third party resulting from the Customer’s actions or omissions.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Use automated means (including bots, scrapers, or similar data mining tools) to access, scrape, or harvest data from the Website
LIMITED LICENSE
The Customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the products solely for internal research purposes in accordance with these Terms. All intellectual property rights in the products remain with LuXx Labs. The Customer may access and use the Website solely for the purpose of ordering products and receiving related services. The Customer shall not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, publicly display, encode, translate, transmit, or distribute any part of the Website or products without LuXx Labs’s express prior written consent.
